Please send us an email at Service@softbeartoy.com along with your order number and the promotional code you would like to apply. We will try our best to revoke the order and apply the discount for you if it is applicable.

However, we will not be able to make adjustments after 7 days of purchasing.  

Simply emailing us at Service@softbeartoy.com within 24 business hours will do. Be sure to include your order number too!
